At OLSO, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by us.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
